As a coach playing with my athlete with the hammer is a great experience… The percision of the hammer is excellent… Easily adjustable knobs….love extensions on base for extra stability….

… The hook system I saw on the newer hammer does look much easier than the one we currently use….

While playing with the “Hammer,” I have an easier time lining up my shot. This is due to a number of factors: 1.The base of the ramp is steady, and depending on the floor, the base can be adjusted to the floor. 2.The slot going down the middle of the ramp is a big help, because when I am lined up correctly, I can see the target in the middle and adjust the shot if needed. 3.I like how the ramp could be tightened to make for a steadier shot. However, when I use the ramp fully extended, it is not as steady, and needs to be held while making the shot. When I need to and an extention, I feel that the system is good but it could be faster. Perhaaps a hook system, where the extention cccan just be hooked on with one motion. This would be easier while, at the same time, save time during the matcch.
